Built On Reliable Service Since 2015
We're not the biggest pump repair company โ but we're the most reliable. Every job, every call, every customer gets our full attention.
How We Started โ And Why We Keep Going
Dillon Electric Service began in 2015 when owner Mike Dillon saw a gap in the market: businesses needed pump repair services that actually showed up on time, charged fair prices, and did the job right the first time.
After years of working for large industrial contractors, Mike realized that bigger companies meant slower response times and impersonal service. He started Dillon Electric Service with a simple mission: be the pump repair company that treats every customer like they matter โ because they do.
Today, we serve manufacturing plants, municipal facilities, agricultural operations, and homeowners across South Carolina. Our team has grown, but our core values haven't changed: show up on time, communicate clearly, and do excellent work.
- โ Family-owned and operated โ decisions made locally, not by distant corporate offices
- โ Technicians are employees โ not subcontractors. We invest in their training.
- โ Community-focused โ we live and work in the same areas we serve

The principles that guide every job we do.
Honesty First
If your pump doesn't need repairs, we'll tell you. We only recommend work that's actually needed.
On-Time Promise
We schedule specific time windows and we show up. If we're late, the service call is free.
Clear Communication
You'll get a detailed explanation of the problem, all available options, and pricing upfront.
Quality Parts
We use only manufacturer-approved parts from trusted suppliers. No cheap knock-offs.
Real Support
Talk to a real person when you call. No endless phone menus or automated systems.
Community Roots
We support local organizations and hire locally. This is our home too.
Fully Equipped To Handle The Job
We've invested in the tools and technology that allow us to diagnose problems accurately and complete repairs efficiently. Our service vehicles are essentially mobile workshops, stocked with the parts most commonly needed for pump repairs.
Our diagnostic capabilities include thermal imaging cameras to identify hot spots and motor issues, vibration analysis equipment to detect bearing wear and alignment problems, and digital flow meters to verify system performance.
This preparation means most repairs are completed in a single visit โ no waiting for parts to be ordered and delivered, no follow-up appointments.
