Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required. We will always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with additional work beyond the initial quote.

Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduled appointments are confirmed via phone or email. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency service appointments may have different cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Warranty and Guarantees

We offer a 12-month warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or third-party modifications. Specific warranty terms are provided with each service.

Limitation of Liability

Dillon Electric Service's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for our services.
